| HS380 Haematoxylin Weigert Solution B is an acidified ferric chloride solution which, when mixed in equal proportions with HS375 Haematoxylin Weigert Solution A is suitable for use as a progressive nuclear stain to differentiate acidic cell components; i.e. demonstrating collagen and muscle with Van Gieson stain and the trichrome connective tissue stains. For best results mix HS375 Haematoxylin Weigert Solution A and HS380 Haematoxylin Weigert Solution B immediately prior to use. Store working solution at 2-8°C for up to 60 days. | ||
