QC Micro-organisms for Reliable Testing
Accu-Bac is a quantitative quality control micro-organism. It is a guaranteed second-generation derivative of NCTC® and NCPF® cultures, manufactured under licence from UK Health Security Agency. Accu-Bac is to be used in an industrial setting.
Each carefully prepared disc will contain a target range of CFU, with 95% confidence interval stated on the Certificate of Analysis. This is ideal for most quantitative applications. Accu-Bac will be supplied in 1-disc vials and has at least a 12-month shelf-life from the date of manufacture.

Replacing the previous Accu-Bac High format, each Multi-Bac disc will provide <100 CFU per 0.1ml aliquot, when the disc is rehydrated in 1.1ml rehydration buffer. Allowing flexibility to work with a concentrated source of enumerated micro-organisms.
