The Crypto Cel (Z1RR1) IFA, FITC Conjugated monoclonal antibody was the first to be accredited for regulatory use by the DWI (Drinking Water Inspectorate) and is currently under going EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) evaluation in the USA.</p> <p class="tableContent">Cryptosporidium testing is extremely important, and is regulated in both the USA and UK. Regulatory bodies include the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) in the USA, who by means of the EPA1622 regulation and the EPA1623 regulation ensure that the presence of both Cryptosporidium parvum oocysts and Giardia lamblia cysts are monitored. The UK was the first country in the world to enforce regulations pertaining to Cryptosporidium parvum. The UK DWI (Drinking Water Inspectorate) imposed regulations on April 1st 2000 stating that no more than one Cryptosporidium parvum oocyst should be found in 100 litres of water.</p> <p class="tableContent">TCS Biosciences Ltd. would like to remind all accredited water purity testing laboratories that they should refer to Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations wherever applicable. </p> <p class="tableContent">Upon staining the sample with Cellabs IFA, FITC Conjugated monoclonal antibody, the Cryptosporidium parvum oocysts and Giardia lamblia cysts will fluoresce a bright "apple" green colour, against a dark brown background.</p> <p class="tableContent">The products detailed above are available now, and can be delivered anywhere in Europe on standard overnight service.
