HD Supplies becomes TCS Biosciences Ltd.

Further to the acquisition of HD Supplies in 2008 we are pleased to announce that the integration process is nearing completion. During the last two years we have successfully relocated to Botolph Claydon whilst working hard to maintain the quality of the products and services you have come to rely on from HD Supplies.

The integration process means that as of 1 December 2010 some changes will take place:

HD Supplies Name Change

On 1 December 2010 the activities of HD Supplies will be merged into those of TCS Biosciences Ltd, and we will cease to use the HD Supplies name. Please ensure that your purchase orders are addressed to TCS Biosciences Ltd, as we can no longer process any that are addressed to HD Supplies.

Product Codes

Product codes with a "Z2" prefix will change. The Z2 will be removed from the code, for example Z2HS100 will become HS100.

Our future catalogues and product literature will reflect this change. Please update your systems accordingly. Purchase orders received for products including the Z2 prefix after 1 December will be processed and invoiced using the new codes.

The new codes will indicate the pack size. For example HS345 100ml will be HS345-100 and HS345 1L will be HS345-1L.

Labelling and Product Presentation

We will be rebranding products throughout 2011. However, to minimise wastage in line with our environmental policy we will use our remaining 'HD Supplies' branded labels.

Product Deletion

During the integration process we reviewed the HD Supplies range of products that we offer, and noted that there is very little demand for some lines. To that end we will be discontinuing a small number of products in the range. For more details about our revised range please visit our website.
